Ghanaian Educational Concerns

There are factual issues in the Ghanaian Educational System, my special concern is about the employment of senior high school graduates (pupil teachers) to teach basic level kids. I go for employment of senior high school graduates but as teaching assistants not teachers, we should remember that these group of people have not acquired any teacher training and more over how do we assess their content knowledge before employing them for such important teaching roles. It seem to me that this result to the massive failure of Ghanaian candidates in BECE and WASSCE.

let's analyse this, considering the growth of a plant, which stage of its growth has the strongest influence on the plants entire life? Isn't it the early stage?😞

Now let's look at what we are doing to the foundation of education of our younger brothers and sisters, are we actually doing them good or harm? 😟

Are we building strong or weak foundations for them and the nation as a whole? what attention do we give to their practical education?  😕😕
